1. Aceptación
Al crear una cuenta o usar START DIVA (la "App"), operada por LLB WORLDWIDE LLC ("nosotros"), aceptas estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
2. Qué es la App (y qué no es)
START DIVA es una herramienta de organización y planificación de contenido: calendario, sugerencias de ideas, hooks, guiones y seguimiento de métricas que tú registras. Las sugerencias son borradores editables, no asesoría profesional de ningún tipo.
3. Sin garantías de resultados
La App no garantiza ningún resultado: ni seguidores, ni alcance, ni ventas, ni ingresos de ningún tipo. Los resultados en redes sociales dependen de muchos factores fuera de nuestro control. tu ejecución, tu constancia, tu contenido, los algoritmos de las plataformas y tu mercado. Cualquier ejemplo o cifra mencionada en la App o en su marketing es ilustrativa y no una promesa. Nada en la App constituye asesoría financiera, legal ni profesional.
4. Tu cuenta
Eres responsable de mantener tu contraseña segura y de toda actividad en tu cuenta. Debes tener al menos 16 años. Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras directamente desde la app (Ajustes → Eliminar mi cuenta).
5. Tu contenido y nuestra propiedad
Lo que tú creas en la App (tus ideas, guiones, videos planeados) es tuyo. La App misma. su código, diseño, bancos de sugerencias, marca START DIVA. es de nuestra propiedad y no puede copiarse, revenderse ni usarse para crear un producto competidor.
6. Uso aceptable
No puedes usar la App para actividades ilegales, para dañar el servicio ni para intentar acceder a cuentas o datos de otras personas. Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estos términos.
7. Precio
La App es actualmente gratuita en fase temprana. Podremos introducir planes de pago en el futuro; te avisaremos con claridad antes de cobrar cualquier cosa, y nada se cobrará sin tu acción explícita.
8. Disponibilidad y cambios
La App se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Podemos modificar, pausar o descontinuar funciones. Haremos lo razonable por avisar cambios importantes, y siempre podrás exportar tus datos.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida que permita la ley: no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes (incluida pérdida de ingresos, seguidores, datos u oportunidades) derivados del uso de la App. Nuestra responsabilidad total máxima se limita a lo que hayas pagado por la App en los últimos 12 meses (hoy: $0, por ser gratuita).
10. Indemnización
Aceptas mantenernos indemnes frente a reclamos de terceros derivados de tu contenido o de tu uso de la App en violación de estos términos.
11. Ley aplicable y disputas

12. Cambios a estos términos

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using START DIVA (the "App"), operated by LLB WORLDWIDE LLC ("we"), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is (and is not)
START DIVA is a content organization and planning tool: calendar, idea/hook/script suggestions, and tracking of metrics you log. Suggestions are editable drafts, not professional advice of any kind.
3. No guarantee of results
The App guarantees no results: no followers, reach, sales, or income of any kind. Social media results depend on many factors outside our control. your execution, consistency, content, platform algorithms, and your market. Any example or figure mentioned in the App or its marketing is illustrative, not a promise. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 16. You may close your account anytime by emailing us.
5. Your content and our property
What you create in the App (your ideas, scripts, planned videos) is yours. The App itself. its code, design, suggestion banks, and the START DIVA brand. is our property and may not be copied, resold, or used to build a competing product.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the App for illegal activity, to harm the service, or to attempt to access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Price
The App is currently free in its early phase. We may introduce paid plans in the future; we will clearly notify you before charging anything, and nothing will ever be charged without your explicit action.
8. Availability and changes
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, pause, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to announce important changes, and you can always export your data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost income, followers, data, or opportunities) arising from use of the App. Our total maximum liability is limited to what you paid for the App in the last 12 months (today: $0, as it is free).
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your content or your use of the App in violation of these terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Before any legal action, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith by writing to digitalbylisbeth@gmail.com.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date and announce important changes inside the App. Continued use means acceptance.
